Information on the reporting of abuses, irregularities, as well as integrity and corruption risks connected to the operation of the Nyíregyházi Állatpark Nonprofit Kft.
How to submit a report:

must take place within 3 working days following the reporting person’s initiative.

Deadline for the investigation of the report, information about the procedure:
30 days from the date of reporting
Nyíregyházi Állatpark Nonprofit Kft. will send a confirmation of the report to the reporting person within seven days from the receipt of the report, unless the reporting person specifically requested that this not be done, or if it can be reasonably assumed that the confirmation of the receipt of the report would endanger the protection of the reporting person's identity.
Nyíregyházi Állatpark Nonprofit Kft. informs the reporting person of the result of the report’s processing within 15 days after the conclusion of the procedure.
Protection of the person reporting a suspected event that violates the organizational integrity:
- they should not suffer any disadvantage for making the report;
- all measures detrimental to the reporting party, which are taken as a result of the reporting, are prohibited;
- the personal data of the reporting person are handled confidentially, as secret, by the person receiving the report (person responsible for integrity), but they can be transferred to a person or body authorized to carry out the procedure initiated on the basis of the report (if necessary for the investigation), or if the reporting person has given clear consent;
- the personal data of the reporting person must not be made public without their express consent;
- the Nyíregyházi Állatpark Nonprofit Kft. keeps a data management register of the consents, and informs the reporting person about the personal data management and the rights of the data subject.
While dealing with matters connected to integrity, it is necessary to act in such a way that the legitimate interests of the reporting person are not harmed, the reporting person does not suffer any disadvantage for making the report, unless it is
established that they acted in bad faith and it can be reasonably assumed that they committed a crime in connection with their report, or committed an offense or caused damage or other harm to others.
The processed data can be forwarded, in public interest, to a person or body authorized to carry out the procedure initiated on the basis of the report, if the data transfer is necessary and there is a public interest attached to it.
